Delete your data

The Mutawwif.AI app keeps a little information about you so we can help you prepare for Umrah.

What we keep

  • Your Travelty code (for example TVT-7K3MV) and the type of phone.
  • Your quiz answers and result, and the Umrah plan we sent you.
  • Your name, phone number, travel month and group size, if you gave them.
  • Messages you sent us through the app.

How to delete

Enter your Travelty code. You can find it in the app, under Settings. Our staff will check and delete the data within 7 days.

Phone number (if you gave us one)
